Version 1.1 · Effective [[Effective date]] · Last updated [[Effective date]]
In short: Paysell charges 0.2% of every payment you receive, deducted when the payment is credited to your balance, and 0.7 USDT or 0.52 TON per withdrawal. There are no other fees, and Paysell pays the network gas. Your shop's percentage rate is fixed at the moment the shop is registered and does not change afterwards.
1. Status of this document#
1.1 This Fee Schedule forms part of the Terms of Service and is the authoritative source for all prices, limits and thresholds. Where any other Paysell document states a different number, this one prevails.
1.2 All figures are stated in the crypto-asset concerned. Paysell does not quote, hold or settle in fiat currency and does not convert between assets.
2. Supported assets and networks#
| Network | Asset | Type |
|---|---|---|
| The Open Network (TON) | Toncoin (TON) | Native coin |
| The Open Network (TON) | Tether USD (USDT on TON) | Jetton |
No other network, coin or token is supported. Sending an unsupported asset, or a supported asset over a different network, will in all likelihood result in permanent loss. Further networks may be added in the future and will be listed here when they are.
3. Processing fee#
| Item | Value |
|---|---|
| Processing fee | 0.2% of each received payment |
| When charged | Deducted at the moment the payment is credited to the shop balance |
| Applies to | Every incoming payment, including partial payments, overpayments and payments made in the wrong supported asset |
| Rate changes | The rate is fixed for a shop at the moment that shop is registered |
3.1 The fee is calculated on the gross amount actually received on-chain, not on the invoiced amount. If a buyer overpays, the fee applies to the larger amount received; if a buyer underpays, the fee applies to the amount received.
3.2 The rate fixed for a shop does not change for that shop for as long as it exists, unless you and Paysell agree otherwise in writing. Paysell may publish a different rate for shops registered in the future, with notice as described in section 9. Creating a new shop after a rate change means the new shop takes the new rate.
4. Withdrawal fees and minimums#
| Asset | Withdrawal fee | Minimum withdrawal |
|---|---|---|
| TON | 0.52 TON | 19 TON |
| USDT (TON) | 0.7 USDT | 25 USDT |
4.1 The withdrawal fee is deducted from the amount withdrawn, so the amount arriving at your address is the requested amount less the fee.
4.2 A withdrawal request below the minimum is rejected. If a residual balance below the minimum remains when you close your account, it is dealt with as described in the Terms of Service.
4.3 Every withdrawal is reviewed and approved manually by a Paysell operator before it is sent. There is no guaranteed processing time and no service level agreement for withdrawals. See Service Availability and Support.
4.4 Withdrawals require a valid TOTP code where two-factor authentication is enabled on the account.
5. Network (gas) fees#
Paysell pays the blockchain gas fees required to credit incoming payments; that cost is not passed on to you. Withdrawals do not carry a separate gas charge — instead, each withdrawal carries its own flat fee as set out in section 4, deducted from the amount withdrawn.
Gas costs paid by the buyer to send a payment are a matter between the buyer and their wallet; they are not controlled by Paysell and are not part of the amount you receive.
6. What Paysell does not charge#
Paysell charges no account opening fee, no monthly or annual fee, no minimum turnover fee, no inactivity fee, no integration or setup fee, no refund fee, no chargeback fee, no currency conversion fee and no fee for API keys, webhooks or additional shops. The fees in sections 3 and 4 are the only fees.
7. Invoice limits#
| Asset | Minimum per invoice | Maximum per invoice |
|---|---|---|
| TON | 0.1 TON | 7,000 TON |
| USDT (TON) | 3 USDT | 10,000 USDT |
| Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| Invoice creation rate limit | 60 invoices per hour per shop |
| Default invoice lifetime | 2 hours |
| Configurable invoice lifetime | 1 minute to 24 hours |
| Grace period after an underpayment | 24 hours from the partial payment, to pay the remainder |
8. Confirmation, review thresholds and payment edge cases#
8.1 Confirmation#
A deposit is credited after the transaction is included in the TON masterchain and three further masterchain blocks have been produced, and after the result is cross-checked against a second independent data source. In normal network conditions this takes about one minute from payment to webhook. No timing is guaranteed; network congestion, a node outage or a data-source disagreement will delay crediting.
8.2 Manual review thresholds#
| Trigger | Consequence |
|---|---|
| Incoming payment above 500 TON | May be held for manual review before crediting |
| Incoming payment above 2,000 USDT | May be held for manual review before crediting |
| Any payment or withdrawal raising a compliance concern | May be held for review at Paysell's discretion |
Review thresholds are risk controls, not guarantees: Paysell may review any transaction. See the AML/CTF and Sanctions Policy.
8.3 Underpayment, overpayment and wrong asset#
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| Buyer pays less than the invoice amount | The partial amount is credited (less the 0.2% fee). The invoice stays open for a further 24 hours so the remainder can be paid |
| Buyer pays more than the invoice amount | The whole amount received is credited (less the 0.2% fee). Paysell does not return the excess to the buyer |
| Buyer sends a supported asset other than the invoiced one to the invoice address | The amount is credited in that asset (less the 0.2% fee) but the invoice is not settled and stays open until it expires |
| Buyer pays after the invoice expired | Funds that reach the address are credited where technically possible; the invoice is not reopened |
| Buyer sends an unsupported asset or uses another network | Funds are in all likelihood permanently lost and cannot be recovered |
Refunds to buyers in any of these situations are your responsibility as the merchant. See Refunds, Disputes and Chargebacks.
9. Worked examples#
9.1 A 100 USDT payment, received and withdrawn#
| Step | Calculation | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Buyer pays the invoice | 100.00 USDT received on-chain | 100.00 USDT |
| Processing fee at 0.2% | 100.00 × 0.002 | −0.20 USDT |
| Credited to shop balance | 100.00 − 0.20 | 99.80 USDT |
| You request a withdrawal of the full balance | 99.80 USDT requested | 99.80 USDT |
| Withdrawal fee | Fixed fee in USDT | −0.70 USDT |
| Sent to your wallet address | 99.80 − 0.70 | 99.10 USDT |
Effective cost on this payment: 0.90 USDT, or 0.90% of the amount received, of which 0.20 is the processing fee and 0.70 the flat withdrawal fee. The flat fee weighs less the more you accumulate before withdrawing.
9.2 A 50 TON payment, received and withdrawn#
| Step | Calculation | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Buyer pays the invoice | 50.0000 TON received | 50.0000 TON |
| Processing fee at 0.2% | 50 × 0.002 | −0.1000 TON |
| Credited to shop balance | 50.0000 − 0.1000 | 49.9000 TON |
| Withdrawal of the full balance | 49.9000 TON requested | 49.9000 TON |
| Withdrawal fee | Fixed fee in TON | −0.5200 TON |
| Sent to your wallet address | 49.9000 − 0.5200 | 49.3800 TON |
9.3 An underpaid invoice#
An invoice for 200 USDT; the buyer sends 150 USDT.
- 150.00 − 0.30 (0.2%) = 149.70 USDT credited immediately.
- The invoice stays open for 24 more hours for the remaining 50 USDT.
- If the buyer pays the remaining 50 USDT within that window: 50.00 − 0.10 = 49.90 USDT credited and the invoice settles.
- If not, the invoice closes unpaid and 149.70 USDT stays on your balance. Whether to deliver the goods, refund the buyer or ask for the rest is your decision.
10. Changes to this Fee Schedule#
10.1 Paysell may change the fees, limits and thresholds in this document. The published version at https://paysell.me/legal always carries the current version number and effective date.
10.2 Registered merchants are notified by e-mail or in the cabinet at least 14 days before a change takes effect, unless a shorter period is required by law or by a security concern.
10.3 The percentage processing fee of an existing shop is not affected by a change to this Schedule. A changed processing rate applies only to shops registered on or after the effective date of the change. Limits, thresholds and withdrawal fees may change for all shops on notice.
10.4 If you do not accept a change, you may withdraw your balance and close your account before the effective date.
